HOBSONS BAY BIKE TRAIL

This shared cycle and walking trail spans approximately 20 kilometres along the length of the coastline that surrounds the City of Hobson’s Bay.

DLD collaborated with Brecknock Consulting to link sites along the coast with interpretive signage. The signage provides interpretation of the cultural, historical and environmental significance of the area, coupled with directional signage for the trail and surrounding areas.

The markers were fabricated from recycled pier pylons, with bright coloured ‘nautical’ markers, providing a strong visible link to the other markers on the trail.
