Based on over six years of meticulous research and hundreds of interviews, writer Darleen Bungey provides an in-depth and intimate account of one of Australia’s greatest artists, Arthur Boyd.
David Lancashire Design was provided with the opportunity to decipher through the rich archival material and put forward recommendations on final photographic selection and layout of the cover and photographic insert. The pictorial section was to be handled with care and clarity, weaving viewers through the chronological photographic narrative of Arthur Boyd’s family album and his most significant and poignant paintings.
Typographical guidance was also provided by David Lancashire Design to the typesetters by means of electronic templates and consultation.
